We have over 15 years’ experience as a property developer, developing in volume from 4 properties up to 37 flats and two commercial units. Whether it’s timber frame or more conventional brick and block we have a wealth of experience in the development of Flats and houses. In most cases we buy land with planning permission, but we have engaged with landowners to achieve planning on their land prior to purchase. As a privately owned business we pride ourselves on focusing all our energy on building quality properties for our customers. All our site work is carried out by our sister company BKI Projects who project manage and deal with our subcontractors some of which have been with us for a number of years. We aim to beat the mainstream house builders by providing higher specifications and a more personal service. All our properties come with a 10-year structural warranty.
