New build Development of 3 x 4-bedroom detached house 1 x 3 bedroom detached.
This development required the conversion of a substantial commercial building into 6 flats. 2 x 1 bedroom, 1 studio & 3 x 2-bedroom flats. Although not listed the front of the development was dated from the late 1800 and required a great deal of work to bring the building up to modern specification. A new build block of four flats consisting of 2 x two bedroom & 2 x One-bedroom flats were built to the rear of the development. All very highly insulated and rendered.
